504570 Model Polymer Battery of Springpower Passed CTIA IEEE1725 Certificate
On December 7th, Springpower Technology Co., Ltd. received approval from CTIA in America that the 504570 model polymer battery of our company has passed the CTIA IEEE1725 certificate.
Up to now there are only 17 battery manufacturing companies (5 from China) that have passed this certificate about cell phone battery. It is not just an approval of the quality of our product or manufacturing management. It indicates that Springpower Technology Co., Ltd has stepped into the international certification standard. Meanwhile, as a key into the North American market, it is of much value for our company to enter into the Li-ion Battery market of Europe and North America, especially the North American market. It is a milestone for the Li-ion Battery in our company to enter into the international market.
Springpower Technology Co., Ltd has passed the ISO9001 certificate early when it was set up. Its product has passed the UL1642 and UN38.3 certificate. Based on these conditions, Springpower continuously improve the R&D strength and quality of performance. Our company strengthens the monitor and management over the whole process from the design of battery cells, raw materials, manufacturing process and testing and evaluation of finished products to guarantee that the 504570 model polymer battery smoothly passed the extremely strict test of the cells of finished products, on-site examination and test and document system audition and finally passed the CTIA IEEE1725 certificate.
As to the IEEE1725 Standard: IEEE1725 standard is a testing standard about rechargeable battery used in cell phone published by IEEE (Association of Electrical Engineers of America) and CTIA has implemented the compulsory certification scheme of cell phone battery from January 1st, 2009. So far almost all operators in North America (America, Canada, etc.) have implemented this mandatory requirement.
